Patient Care To guarantee excellent comprehensive care, we require our patients to be seen at least annually if they are on long term medications.
To ensure proper diagnosis and treatment, we ask that you bring to each appointment a complete and accurate list of all the medications (including vitamins) you are taking.

- Twenty-four hour on-call coverage available through pagers or answering service when the clinic is not open.

Medications & Refills When you need a refill please call your pharmacy 72 hours (3 days) before needing your prescription. This gives the pharmacy enough time to contact us if they need further information or authorization
Your Concerns As your primary care physicians, we encourage you to ask us about your concerns:
- Cholesterol level
- Colon cancer screening
- Prostate cancer (men)
- Pap tests (women)
- Mammograms (women)
- Immunizations
- Osteoporosis screening
- Any family medical history (diabetes, etc.) that can develop.
In addition, tell us if you are worried about:
- Being overweight
- Depression
- Major changes in sleep, eating, attitude or general well-being.
