About DocLinksTM and FAQ's
.

DocLinksTM is an Electronic Medical Records system, owned and operated by LIN Software, LLC. Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are medical records generated and stored in digital format rather than paper. Think back to your last doctor's visit — was there a computer in the exam room, at the nurses' station or reception desk? If so, it is likely your healthcare provider is currently using DocLinksTM to store your medical records in a digital chart. And now you can access your medical records using your own personal MyDocLinksTM account!
.
Here is what you can do through your MyDocLinksTM account upon setup:
View your lab results
Message your doctor's office
View your medications and request prescription refills
Request and/or view appointments
Review practice forms and handouts
Monitor your anticoagulation
(Additional account options may be available after set up. Talk to your individual health care provider for details.)
.
Securely Message your Provider's Office:
Recalled something you forgot to ask your doctor during your office visit? Contact your doctor or their nurse through your MyDocLinksTM account. Log in and 'Send a Message'. When you receive a reply from your doctor's office, an email notification will be sent to you as a reminder to check your MyDocLinksTM account for updated information.
.
Request Appointments:
'Appointments' on your MyDocLinksTM account allows you to view scheduled appointments and request new appointments. Once your doctor's office has replied, you will receive an e-mail confirmation directing you to log in and view your MyDocLinksTM account.
..
Lab Results:
Have you had a recent lab test? Cannot remember your last INR result? It is all in your MyDocLinksTM account.  Individual results will display in a new message.  Your Cumulative lab results are always available for review.
.
Medications and Refills:
View your current medication list, request prescription refills and notify your doctor's office of updated pharmacy and medication information using your MyDocLinksTM account.
