Starting January 10th, 2011 Olympic Physicians will have a new billing and scheduling program.  All patients coming to the clinic will need to fill out new patient paperwork.  Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment after January 10th to complete the paperwork.  Also, bring your insurance cards so we can scan it into the new billing system.

Olympic Physicians is committed to improve the quality of service we provide.  The new system will have a more advanced schedulling and billing program.  During the transition you may receive a bill from the old system for dates of service prior to the change over and a bill from the new system for dates after the transition.
