We are pleased to announce MyDocLinksTM, a new electronic on-line service linking you to our healthcare team of providers and staff. We are offering a quick and easy way for you to communicate with our team members, view and request appointments, renew prescription refills, or ask general follow-up questions through a secure patient portal. You will have immediate access to your lab results, anticoagulation medication dosage and INR information, practice forms and handouts, and medication information. Our provider's feel getting you connected on-line helps you stay informed and allows you to actively participate in your care.
